Whether you are new to our school or have been at MPE for years but have a question and don’t know who to ask, we get it.  School days can be overwhelming, not just for students, but for parents too.  Consider the PTA your connection and resource to help navigate and make the most of your child’s elementary journey.  Our years of collective knowledge can answer most of your questions, and when we can’t, we will help get you in touch with who can.  After all, it takes a village, and we want the Mustang years, which will be over before you know it, to be a great experience for your entire family.

MPE communicates to parents through many mediums. An eNewsletter, the Mustang Flyer (Hoofprints), is sent out each week by our principal, and has the most timely and important info to guide your school year by. Often that will link out to this, our PTA website, or the official FCS MPE website for additional info.
We encourage engagement on our social media sites, (Facebook, X, Instagram).

We know – it’s a lot to keep track of.  Make sure you join our mailing list

Secondly, Fulton County School District operates an official MPE site.  Here is where you will find more detailed info on things like transportation, school menus, online school payments, access online grades and learning resources, and more.

The Mountain Park Foundation is an educational, non-profit public foundation dedicated to supporting the mission and vision of our school. The Foundation was established to obtain and distribute funds for the continuing improvement of facilities and educational programs of Mountain Park Elementary School.

Students utilize digital learning resources and tools at school through their Classlink portal.  This can also be accessed at home using their student ID and birthdate.

The Infinite Campus portals - Campus Parent and Campus Student - provides access to information for all enrolled FCS students in your household. Information includes grades, attendance, assignments, and school announcements.

PickUp Patrol provides a layer of safety to our dismissal process by authorizing plan changes and automatically tracking dismissal plans. The application reduces interruptions, speeds up dismissal time, and is administered by our own staff. PickUp Patrol is our online tool to submit all afternoon transportation changes.  An account must be established through our school. PickUp Patrol can not be downloaded from an app store. Instead you can add it to your phone’s home screen. Contact our front office at 470.254.4530 for more information.
