Parent Roles

Contact Parent

This role is the lead parent between Teacher and Parents for all PTA communication.

This role is the lead parent between Teacher and Parents for all PTA communication. You will send your class any PTA shared information throughout the school year. If your teachers has special requests from parents they may contact you for communication help.

Treasurer Parent

This role holds all money raised for your students class.

This role holds all money raised for your students class. This parent will collect funds in August/September and create a budget breakdown for the school year. Only asking for funds once is easier than asking before every occasion.

Events Parent

This role organizes all class parties and teacher gifts.

This role organizes all class parties and teacher gifts throughout the school year. The holidays celebrated are as follows:

HE Basket display

Classroom HE Basket

Every year each class picks a theme and creates a gift basket for display in our media center for our raffle. This is the PTA's largest fundraiser of the year. The name "Basket" is a loose term as these themes tend to be much bigger and more elaborate than basket size.
