Carpool Takeover
Greeting our grinning students each morning helps ensure everyone's day is off to a great start! Periodically we give our faculty a much deserved break and staff car rider drop off in the mornings, rain or shine. Dad's Club members handle most Fridays, and we often solicit help from grade levels throughout the year to lend a hand.

While they can often be spotted manning our car drop off Friday mornings, their contributions are vast and much appreciated. If you want to see what all the hype is about and connect with some new friends, contact us and we'll get you plugged in.

Mountain Park Elementary School Drama Club was founded in 2006 and is a volunteer-run organization that enables students in grades 2-5 the opportunity to participate in a musical production performed at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center. Students may choose to participate in a performing role or assist in the production as a member of stage crew. Auditions are held early in the school year and practices are held after school. Students learn the basics of theater production, stage direction, set design and vocal performance.

Field Trips & Cultural Arts
The MPE PTA is proud to support field trips and exposure to the cultural arts in education because research supports the benefits of including such programming in the school setting. Field trips for elementary school students can help with learning, critical thinking, social skills, and building confidence. They can also help students develop a broader perspective on the world. Chaperones will be coordinated at the grade level prior to each field trip. If you're interested in joining your child please contact your child's teacher for details.
